    • Good morning,  No one is allowed into the Union Hall at this time.  We will do applications at the door. You can fill out your vacation request form and your opt in form at the door and we will be happy to send it in for you.   It is best to call the Union Hall at 505-268-4398 to pay your dues over the phone.  We are no longer taking any cash, we do accept credit and debit cards and checks only. 

      Buenos días, nadie puede entrar en el Union Hall en este momento.  Haremos solicitudes en la puerta.       We will be holding our meetings on ZOOM for the forseeable future.  There will be a link to each meeting on Facebook and thru Trumpia.  You have to sign in for the meeting.       ALL MAJOR CUPP EVENTS WITH LARGER GATHERINGS HAVE BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

      Every member that takes and passes the online CITF BEST PRACTICE AWARENESS ICRA Awareness  training should be awarded 5 CUPP hours.   This is the ON-LINE class and does not include a class taken at the training center.  No credit is given for taking the class, unless the member passes the class test.  This will run until December 31, 2020.  the website to take these classes are

      That is 7 CUPP points you can earn before the end of the year.

      NOW is the time to get registered to vote, “Register To Vote” link can help you do that.  There are 6 people in the office who can help you register and you can also go to your foreman to get registered.  This an important year for voting and we would like to have everyone registered so that they can vote for people that support the Union.

      We will continue to update the website as new things come out.  Members can sign up and receive information that is for “Members Only”.

      Here are some important dates to remember.

      DEADLINE to have a check issued on Dec 1

      Last Day for Address changes

      Last Day for Changes to Check Type (Direct Deposit of Physical Check)

      nov 1

      Last Day for Window Dues Opt-In

      nov 21

      Check Amounts will be available in MemberXG

      dec 1

       December 2020 Vacation Checks Are Mailed

      dec 4

      Supplemental Check Run

      dec 10

      Resume Weekly Friday Check Runs

      dec 8

      First Day to Accept Stop Payments Requests

      1. Submit your vacation request form through MemberXG between now and November 1st using the VAC REQ – New Direct Deposit Form or the VAC REQ – Same Banking
         

      2. Upload a copy of your voided check or deposit slip through MemberXG. The check or deposit slip must show your name as the bank account holder. This step is only required if you did not request a direct deposit on the last pay out.
